Grilled tuna steak and braised octopus
Medium grilled tuna steak with a fresh herb marinade made of chives, parsley, garlic and olive oil, seasoned with Guérande sea salt. Octopus braised in farmer’s olive oil marinated with garlic and herbs, served with:
- Sautéed bok choy
- Udon wheat noodles with soy sauce and fresh coriander
- Sweet chili coriander sauce

5 premium prawns 8/12 with sautéed peperoncini
fried in olive oil with garlic, herbs and chili oil, served with:
- Baby leaf lettuce marinated with passion fruit and olive oil dressing, pea sprouts, cashew nuts, pomegranate seeds
- Garlic baguette

Chanterelles à la crème
served with fried, fluffy white bread soufflé
