Wild garlic spaghetti ‘Napoli’
homemade spaghetti with white tiger prawns, onion wedges, cocktail tomatoes and spring onions, baked in a fine natural tomato sauce with buffalo mozzarella and wild garlic pesto, garnished with fresh basil

served with a Styrian potato salad made with beetle beans, lamb‘s lettuce and pumpkin seed oil – homemade and prepared fresh every day

Mixed grill “Viennese style”
served on a slate platter. Lamb sirloin steak, veal haunch steak, chicken breast, veal sausage and deep-fried breaded pork schnitzel with rosemary fries, sour cream sauce and bean vegetables including asparagus beans, princess beans, soy beans, red onions and fresh thyme

Grilled rib-eye steak, 300 g
particularly tender and succulent, seasoned with home-made steak marinade and Guérande sea salt, accompanied with a grilled portobello mushroom in a delicate herb and olive oil marinade and fresh fried onions, served on a slate platter with

Breast, leg and wings, succulent and baked golden-brown, served in a small basket with rosemary fries, fried parsley and a sour cream sauce

Steak burger „Louis Armstrong“
succulent grilled rib-eye steak 150 g, delicately marinated, grilled portobello mushroom, fried bacon slices, iceberg lettuce, ox heart tomatoes, fried onions, Landzeit barbecue sauce and sour cream sauce, served with rosemary fries

Spinach spätzle
delicious homemade spaetzle with button mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, spring onions, cherry tomatoes, bean sprouts and fresh spinach leaves in a creamy herb sauce

Fiaker goulash
Beef goulash served with a Sacher sausage, fried potatoes, a fried egg and gherkins

Viennese veal schnitzel, 160 g
freshly pounded, fried golden brown, served with parsley potatoes, cranberries and deep-fried parsley. We consider Schnitzel from lean topside to be the best.

Dry-aged beef
Landzeit dry-ages steaks in-house. before they are grilled rare, medium or medium rare. The steaks, which have become particularly tender due to the dry-aging process, are grilled rare, medium or medium rare on a wood-fired grill and are marinated with fresh herbs such as thyme, rosemary and basil.

Salmon smokehouse
Salmon is smoked cold at 35° C for 4 hours over glowing beech shavings and marinated for 48 hours in a vegetable and herb marinade according to our own recipe.

Eat yourself healthy – new salad innovations at Landzeit
Red and yellow lentils, beluga lentils, mountain lentils, bulgur, couscous, spelt, peas, soybeans, chickpeas, red, black and white quinoa and split peas have one thing in common – they are very healthy and are used in new Landzeit salad creations. Our traditional salads such as Viennese cucumber salad, homemade potato salad, sausage salad, tuna salad “Nizza”, fine terrines and antipasti with seasonal ingredients, sheep’s cheese from regional farmers on tomatoes, freshly grated and sliced raw vegetable salads, sprouts, herbs and high-quality oils and vinegars from the Viennese Naschmarkt are still available of course.

Wheat salad with Greek sheep’s cheese, leaf spinach and tarragon, asparagus salad, chanterelle salad with leek, radish salad with apple and chervil, orange-carrot salad, pasta salad with chanterelles, fennel-pepper salad, roasted mushrooms with herb marinade, roast beef rolls with egg and herb filling, chanterelle aspic, radish salad, Ebly wheat salad with broccoli, leek and daikon cress, beef carpaccio with basil pesto, beef salad with pumpkin seed oil.

Vegetable market stall
The path to health does not go through the pharmacy, but through the kitchen. Just before serving, the vegetables are gently cooked and marinated with spring herbs such as oregano, thyme, rosemary, dill or sage. This preserves valuable vitamins.

We squeeze our fresh juices by hand so that valuable vitamins are not lost. Our seasonal vitamin bar freshly squeezed:

Fish market stall
Landzeit also stands for fish expertise and offers a large selection of fresh fish such as zander fillet, salmon fillet, organic whole char and seafood such as “Fin de Claire” oysters, king prawns etc.

Pastries
Every Landzeit restaurant has its own bakery. Up to 20 different pastries are made fresh from scratch every day. We love our pastries with fresh fruit, such as the triple-layered raspberry cake. All our pastries are prepared by a confectioner’s hand, not by machine.

Original Canadian Waffle
Here’s why the Original Canadian Waffle from Landzeit is so unique: flour from the Canadian coast, unique Landzeit syrup, a giant scoop of vanilla ice cream, lots of fresh berries, real whipped cream, baked in a special waffle iron, served warm and crispy.
