Eat yourself healthy – new salad innovations at Landzeit
Red and yellow lentils, beluga lentils, mountain lentils, bulgur, couscous, spelt, peas, soybeans, chickpeas, red, black and white quinoa and split peas have one thing in common – they are very healthy and are used in new Landzeit salad creations. Our traditional salads such as Viennese cucumber salad, homemade potato salad, sausage salad, tuna salad “Nizza”, fine terrines and antipasti with seasonal ingredients, sheep’s cheese from regional farmers on tomatoes, freshly grated and sliced raw vegetable salads, sprouts, herbs and high-quality oils and vinegars from the Viennese Naschmarkt are still available of course.

Several times a day we shred, grate and slice fresh vegetables. Fresh salads have little calories, are filling and rich in nutrients.
