Landzeit adapts its delicacies in rhythm with nature. Our chefs adapt dishes according to seasonal ingredients.

Grilled tuna steak and braised octopus

Medium grilled tuna steak with a fresh herb marinade made of chives, parsley, garlic and olive oil, seasoned with Guérande sea salt. Octopus braised in farmer’s olive oil marinated with garlic and herbs, served with:

  • Sautéed bok choy
  • Udon wheat noodles with soy sauce and fresh coriander
  • Sweet chili coriander sauce

5 premium prawns 8/12 with sautéed peperoncini

fried in olive oil with garlic, herbs and chili oil, served with:

  • Baby leaf lettuce marinated with passion fruit and olive oil dressing, pea sprouts, cashew nuts, pomegranate seeds
  • Garlic baguette
