Landzeit adapts its delicacies in rhythm with nature. Our chefs adapt dishes according to seasonal ingredients.

Veal haunch steak ‘Leon‘

250 g, grilled on an open flame, unique flavour and characteristic grill marks, seasoned with Guérande sea salt and finished with a fresh herb marinade of chives, parsley, garlic and olive oil, served with:

  • Vegetables with pak choi, carrots, sugar snap peas, celery stalks, pea shoots and rocket
  • fried, fluffy white bread soufflé
  • Chanterelles à la crème

Baked potato ‘Landria‘

Baked potato in its skin with:

  • grilled prawns and diced organic catfish fillet
  • sautéed chanterelles and spring onions in a sour cream sauce, garnished with fried parsley

Chanterelles à la crème

Delicate, sautéed chanterelles in a creamy sauce, served with a fluffy, pan-fried white bread soufflé.
